i have grown a few plants in soil, i have 2 400 wat lights, and i am thinking of expanding a little, i just wanted to know what would be the "best" way to expand to. i know how to make both setups, just wondering what you guys think to get the highest yield in the smallest area possible.
The highest yields come from dialed in grows. You gotta know your strain. When it comes down to it, it's easier to get exactly what you need and no more with a hydro (or aero) system than soil, that's why soil-less is said to be the best way to grow. Whatever method you use that is easiest for you to dial in will be the one you want to grow with.

one more quick question, should it be spraying 24/7, a smart man once told me i can do 1 min on 4 min off, etc..
