Don't use H2O2 on any parts of the plant above the soil. You can dilute some into your water and add H2O2 to the soil, the oxygen is helpful for the roots and the beneficial microorganisms in the soil.
I personally dont use it, but when/if you decide to do so, I think you need a higher grate peroxide, like 15%? or 30-35%? i forget... but its for like that sort of thing, the stuff for like cuts and stuff is a very low percent of peroxide only like 3%, get the commercial kind.
I've used hydrogen peroxide to get rid of aphids and mites before. Yes I sprayed the leaves and it worked good. I don't have my recipe here but I believe the mix was 1L of water 20ml's of 35% hydrogen peroxide 30ml's of 99% iso alcohol and what ever ml's of your favorite wetting agent. The h2o2 fires away the bugs and the iso alcohol dries out their shells. Never saw any leaf damage. Yes it could burn hairs but so can water.
