    i happen to come across five 2mg hydromorphone pills i researched it and found the best way to take it is IV thats a no go for me at least, the second seems to be 2 blow them but i hate blowing pills my question is would it be straight to pop em?

    yeah, they are pills arent they, lol. the effectrs will be less than an insulfated dose of the same mg. and thats less than an iv.

    Don't pop them! It is almost a waste to pop them. Depending on your tolerance snort them

    I don't think plugging will work... but who knows. I'd just imagine that plugging uses the same mechanism as eating, but its just a more direct route... This is based on nothing concrete though, just rational thought.

    Dilaudid is special cause it's made to be eaten, but most of it doesn't end up going through your blood stream, therefore the pills have more of the drug in them than your body ends up using. If you snort it, a much higher percentage of it will absorb into your blood stream.


    With oxy and hydrocodone and most common pharms it's most efficient to eat. Dilaudid goes up the hooter.

    Plugging is not like eating. plugging goes directly into the bloodstream wheras oral pills go trough digestion and get broken down by the liver.
