Wondering if anyone out there has seen a journal article or just heard of anyone testing hybrid vigor in cannabis plants. I know its theoretically possible with enough generations of self pollination using induced herm plants but through all my research I haven't been able to find anyone who's dedicated the time or resources to see if breeders could take advantage of heterosis in cannabis like they do with other crops.
I'm Suffering from this dilemma Now! ....lol I crossed my worn out Kerala with my fav auto thc bomb, making a Kerala auto eventually and Vigor is I have for now ....lol Giant autos thats fine but I really wasn't wanting them to out grow the grow room or even out doors shed but its only the first generation so is typical I've made my selection for the 2nd crossing but in truth its changing daily no indication so far of any Sativa in the offspring thats a bummer One crossing I've had much success was crossing power plant the vigor returned with ease
