i would tell you, but i sorta already linked some examples in the original post... but, while im here i might as well post some stuff i found thats even better! this here is some old style screamo, pretty much what the genre name first sought to describe. this is somewhat like how the first "screamo" bands sounded. nowdays, old genre names have fallen out of favor and newer screamo type bands prefer the more dignified "post hardcore" or "alternative" names. This is my kind of thread. I'm deep into the Emo/Post-hardcore and Screamo genres. My favorites are: a skylit drive, chiodos, dance gavin dance, dream on dreamer, eyes set to kill, for all those sleeping, halifax, and burden of a day.
