Humidity

ya put a bowl of water in the grow room and also use a mister...got myself one today and can already tell a difference in my grow room

 

what is a mister? is it a device or just a spray bottle you mist your plants with... im guessing its some device used but not too sure... any help on what it is and where to get one would be great... thanks

Hey nice 1 100watt, I have never seen a pump type. I use an electric one.

i went to my local thrift store today and found a humidifier for 2 dollars and they had quite the selection....just a recommendation

 

if you have several plants and an HID, just watering your plants in an enclosed environement should bump the humidity up by abt 10% just from watering. You can also use electronic misters or manually mist the plants... Whichever you prefer.

The bowl of water trick didnt seem to make a substantial difference but i tried it anyways...

Someone told me to put baking soda next to the bowl of water to increase humiiddity.

yo exile...i am just using a spray bottle and that does wonders. you step in my closet and it feels like a very desirable humidity with temps at about 79-81
