humidity problems?

  1. I have 3 plants growing now for over 1 1/2 weeks and the humidity level is about 18%.
The plants look fine and are growing according to schedule. Sould I be concered with the low humidiy level?

    Thanks for the help,

  2. i don't see a pic, however the humidity shouldn't be a problem. if you want to raise it just spray some water around and on the plants a few times a day, or buy a humidifier, but during the flowering phase the low humidity will be good for the buds.

  3. Pic of plant, exaclty 12 days old.

  4. Nice for 12 days. I'm not an indoor grower execpt to start and I don't think your humidity is hurting that honey.

  5. As far as I know it shouldn't be a problem. The only time humidity will be a problem that I know of is if it get's over 40%.

  6. dam so if i grow out doors and the humitity is over 40 im going to have probs?

  7. Not nessicerly. One reason why humidity is a problem is because of mold. Mold is more of a problem outdoors, but there are ways to combat it. When outdoors the air is blowing a lot which airs out the buds and leaves helping to prevent mold. But if the leaves/buds do get mold you'll want to treat em. Theres also several strains out there that are dubbed "Mold Resistant" because it has EXTREMELY tight buds that for the most part don't allow water in and help prevent mold. As well as a good immune system that helps combat it.

  8. In my humble opinion low humidity is always better except when cloning..be sure to water often when extremely low humidity's...I intentionally run my tent 25% humidity on purpose, with pretty good success I might add:)

I am so open minded you should only think like me..
