i wouldnt call that a huge victory. it seems kinda minor to me. so they let more average people run for congress. but who is seriously gonna do it, and get elected? not many, or not enough to matter.
nothing is going to happen overnight. its going to take little bit by little bit for anything big to happen. if this little bit helps add up to the whole, eventually, well..something is going to happen. its like you gotta get your foot in the door first...
