Sent out pymnt 2 weeks ago. Reg mail. They received it in 6 days. Didn't send my orders out till another 4 days later Got my stuff 2 days after they shipped it ups. 14 actual days wait. Good packaging Reflector was slightly bent. Fixed it myself. Htgsupply is legit. Not the fastest but they have pretty much all u need.
And then you act like you didn't freak out about it taking two extra days by saying "good packaging, blah blah blah". You still bad mouthed them for no reason.
I have never had a smooth experience with htgsupply. They do offer a lot of different things. They are not the most prompt nor punctual. Send a payment on a Tuesday. As of following Tuesday still had not received it. Called day after, Wednesday. After a brief search, they miraculously found it. Told me it was there Tuesday mail. Sat for a day until I probed. Then my order wasn't sent out for another 3 days. Received my order exactly two weeks from day I sent out pymnt.
Then made another order, cuz I have no choice. No garden centers near me. On first order I was never told I can use prepaid card for pymnt. As that is automatically processed and instant. So this time I used prepaid gift card. But the one gift card I bought is not used by them. LOL just my luck. Nothing goes right for me. Dude could have mentioned the "ONLY " card they don't take, right? And when I call back following day at 1030 am. I get no answer and recording saying there hours are m-f 9-5 . LOL. Now stuck with $$ on dam gift card. My advice. Don't use this place unless u have credit debit card. And ur order will not be processed quickly Good packaging. Two day delivery time with ups. Dudes on phone are helpful. Prices are decent.
My orders are always processed quickly, I pay upfront with a card. You had 1 bad experience and half of that is because you choose to send the payment by mail. Of course that's going to take longer, always does. Use a card next time and chill out. Htg is legit, even if there was a mistake on their part, so what? Unless you're unhumanly perfect and have never fkd up in your life, just understand shit happens and move on. I like how you made it sound like your hole world was crashing down. Some people have it a lot worse off then a order running late, put the violin away and give it a rest.
