people get the MH and HPS lights because they really are much higher in lumens. For the hortilux bulbs that sounds about right. JaK
htg is pretty good.....some say allmade in china..have used them and am happy...wouldn't doubt they could add another 2500 lumens but at what cost????hortilux is what i use and love it...they got nice prices on t-5ho's though
I'm going to order a hortilux for my next bulb i think. HTG is the shit I have thier 250 hps and thier 170cfm 4" carbon filter combo, and it keeps my tent in the 70's with no air cooled hood. If its chinese stuff its good chinese stuff lol. also is 4500 lumens a sq ft enough light?
forget the exact amout but that sounds like it would work fine...if not thats why god made cfls'''lol..think it was 3000lumens but dont take that to bank...yeah ..i like em to...good price...fast ship..and all my stuff from them is still kickin ass peace bro...deacon
I got a 150w and 400w HPS from HTG. The 400w I opted for the Growbright lamp which is 55,000 lumens. Or so it claims. Also got my 2 54w HO T5's from HTG. No problems what so ever. They may not be the best you can get but for their price it's hard to beat them. They get the job done. That's all I care about.
cool beans bro...you know theres always gonna be someone downing everything...that just life today...they bring nothing to the table..love my t-5ho from them...i can put it in a frikkin box and veg shit outta plants when tent is full so cool..no heat..i vegs with it over my 400hps..but for flower..glad your havin' good luck with the stuff..shit if i had enough money to buy the best i'd just buy killa' bud????
Pretty much every appreciable difference in lumens you see in HPS and MH bulbs is due to a spectral difference, not a difference of output efficiency as they'd like you to think.
