For the people who still are using 1000watt HPS in grow tents and can control there heat. I've been thinking that bulb is probably putting down 100.000 lux or more what does your plants look like with that much. I know I used 70.000 lux before and leaves would toco.
Yes my buddy was running one in has basement and I checked his lux at top of some plants and it was 120.000 lux. Only thing I could do for him since plants were flowering was tilt his 5 gallon buckets to lower them.
