    I have used a 3x3 tent with a 600 watt hps in the past with great results but im planning to use a 1000watt hps. I know this covers a 4x4 about the same as my 600 did my 3x3 but I'm wondering if it would be better to use a 4x4 or a 5x5? Thanks for responding

    a 4x4 tent is a good choice for a 1000 watt HPS, as it allows for plenty of room for the plants to grow and provides even coverage without too much heat buildup

    a 5x5 wit 1.jpg h 2 600 watters is more efficient

    Is your room 5ft x 5ft ?
    If so, your hps hood looks about 3ft wide.

    5x5 with the proper reflector . What reflectors are you using ? I have seen 6/6 areas with 1000.
