what light would be the best to grow plants from start to finish, is it worth doing the mh for veg and the hps for flowering or is it ok to just have one light for then entire lifespan of the plant?
u will have better results useing a MH for veg, and HPS for flowering.. but u can run a HPS from veg to flowering...
I would go with the hps if you cant get both...And i would just buy some cf's or fluros to add some extra blue spectrum.....
