Okay, I am about 3 weeks into flowering and all is well. I am budding under mucho cfl's. I'm very happy how its going right now. But i was thinking about yield and I am wanting to toy around with like a 60 watt hps or something. Could someone gimme a good link for an easy DIY, and also, even the 60 watt hps require a ballast of some sort correct?
http://www.specialty-lights.com/plant-grow-lights-hps-100-250w.html they have good deals and such. your probably gonna want more than 60wtts. good rule of thumb is about 50wtts per plant, thats if your doin scrog though.... so you may want to get at least a 250w.
this is just a practice grow for a cab that i will be giving to someone with 1 plant. thanks a lot i'll check that link out.
