HPS Question

    My current grow I am using CFL's. I am thinking for my second grow, or even finishing my first grow using/switching to HPS. Now I am looking for a complete kit for a good deal. I only grow 1-2 plants. I was looking at this kit:

    HTG Supply - Digital Greenhouse 400w Grow Light

    Now is there anything I should add to it to make it better and why? Thanks!

    Also can you use the same bulb for veg & flowering? New to HPS coming from CFL's.

    They have kits on amazon that run metal halide and hps (my for veg and hps for flower) and I would only go 125 watts
