this is my second grow (for the first i used cfl's) i have now borrowed a sodium lamp and was wondering what is the ideal distance between hps light and plants.
No offence mate, but you cant find that information anywhere on the web and all across this forum. Its not likely anyone will respond to your question which will probably onyl generate another simple 1 line question from you again. Sorry bud, just anoying sometimes. -Milsy
what is the wattage of the lamp? if it is 400w i would say about 1foot because you dont want them too close that it will burn them. however you dont want them too far away to makethem strech. peace
