So a few months back I went to this garage sale and found a reflector with a hps looking light in it as well as a ballast on the reflector itself, at £5 I figured why the hell not and bought it. The reflector itself was a mess and I decided just to bin it but now I've got the reflector and ballast. I read and found that my light is a HPI-T phillips metal halide 400w. I don't know if it's 6700k though or if the ballast can be used with hps as well or if it can be used at all. Can someone take a look at this for me please? Also put a picture of the light on, it looks like it's useless now but I figured I'd ask if it could work anyway. here:
