how's my body looking?

  1. I need someone's opinion on my body. I've been working out all summer and eating lots of protein and I really can't noticee.

  3. Agreed. You look good besides maybe some more chest and definitively need to catch your shoulders up haha

  6. What are some good excercise to build my chest and shoulders. Should I lift heavy with low reps or heavy and low reps

  9. Look up chest and shoulder lifts dude. If you are lifting you need to do research man.
     
  10. I start heavy at 8 reps, then when I can do 12-15 I go up in weight and back down to 8 again. You can build size and strength various ways though.

    Look up highpulls, standing/seated db presses, push presses, alternating presses, upright rows, military presses, rear lateral raises, front and side raises, db/bb shrugs; even overhead squats.

    For chest..bench press/db presses (neutral, close grip, wide grip, incline, decline), alternating db presses, pushups (neutral, wide grip, band resisted, plyo), pullovers, cable crossovers, dips, db/machine pec flys, TRX flys/presses/pushups/planks, etc.

    Bodybuilding.com has an extensive exercise guide you can find on google.
     
  11. Military press is probably the best shoulder exercise out there. Did it in high school all the time, gym teacher hated it though cause he thought I was gonna tip over backwards all the time.

    Same guy told me to only do half-squats or i'd kill my knees.:smoke:

    And for building muscle, go heavy with low reps. If you can do more than 8 reps in an exercise, increase the weight.

    And your shoulders aren't too bad at all really, mine are smaller lol, though i'm skinnier than you overall.
