How to use a pocket kief press?

    I recently got a small "pocket pollen press" as a gift. It is only a few inches tall, composed of an metal tube with caps on either end that screw on and off. Inside this is two "pins" that fit to the size of the outer tube. I have plenty of kief, but no idea of how to use the press. Can anyone help me?

    i have no idea id try youtube or google if it has a name on it

    I can't find anything on google for a press without a handle on top.
