How to tell when wisdom teeth are securely healed?

    Hey all, first post so sorry if I've mucked this up.

    It's been 5 days since I had 4 wisdom teeth fairly cleanly extracted, my oral surgeon said to wait four days before smoking but I'm not sure if I should really be toking yet. I make my own infused drinks (although my last batch sucked) so I'm fine waiting. I'm just a very paranoid individual who is looking for some advice on when I'm 100% safe to rip my big honking builda again, as I really prefer smoking to infused drinks. Let me know if you know how to tell when I'm in the clear!
