    I was trying to figure out myself what it would take to open a club here in Solano County. There is only one so far in Vallejo. Looks like a ground floor opportunity. How do you obtail MJ legally to dispence? Is there a license to obtain from the state? I have my medical card already. I use medical MJ daily for my condition and am a stanch believer in its properties.

    Wow, did you really need to bump a TWO Year old thread? There are many other threads touching on this subject that are much newer.

    Bottom line: Get a lawyer first.
