How to smoke weed properly?

  1. My weed use became habitual and it lost its thrill. The weed high has become my normal state, making sober feel strange. My high is groggy and I become awkward. I obsess over little shit like the way I'm sitting. When I talk the words aren't articulated like they were in my mind. I obsess over how I'm going to leave, how I'll say goodbye to the bros. It hasn't always been this way. Weed once stimulated my mind and put me on a good level. This is the first time in my life that I genuinely don't want to get high because I'm not enjoying it. But I miss it. I wanna smoke, I wanna have a good time. I want to stay clear minded and let the weed accentuate my mood rather than overtake it.

    I realise that the frequency of my smoking has contributed to this effect.

    Things I need help with are; dealing with anxiety while high (it only happens then), high heart rate (never used to affect me) and just generally what is a good level of moderation to keep the smoke feeling special. I don't want to ditch the herb because it can do good for me. Just currently it isn't and I'm not entirely sure how to get back to how I was.

  3. You should aim to smoke either on the weekends (which is best), every 2-3 days (which is good) and only smoke at night (at first, it helps to ease off) then.

    A common side effect of marijuana can be increased heartbeat. I used to get it (when I smoked 3-5 times a day every day) but now I only smoke on the weekends. So much better in the long run.

    And in order to not be paranoid, you need to surround yourself with good vibes. Like a funny movie or show (Pineapple Express, 21 jump street, the other guys, this is the end, Superbad, that 70s show, family guy, southpark whatever) and have some good munchies with you, preferably a few friends or your gf. And then just enjoy the shit out of your high. But you can also play video games or go hiking or fishing. Just do what you love doing. Haha

    To lower heart rate: Meditate, Sleep, Repetitive Deep Breaths. Consume these foods -
    - Space out your hits every 5 minutes, and see if you experience a boost in your high. Put on some chill music, and drown into its melodious euphoria.

  5. Tolerance break. Take about 2 weeks off and you'll get so toasted off of so little. It will be just like how it used to be.

  6. This is such a common problem with tokers, particularly on this forum haha..

    Personally I like to toke up only a few times a week, it keeps my tolerance low, uses less weed (therefore saving money), become more productive and I still get really baked each time I smoke since it isn't too often. It also is great as I test my willpower to smoke which can be very rewarding in itself.

    People can smoke how much they want but when it gets to a point where you can't really get high anymore or you aren't enjoying it what's the point? A lot of my friends are like this and I too used to be like this but each to their own I suppose :)

  7. First off, are you smoking Mexican schwag? Or low grade bud? If so, that stuff could be the case....makes you real "heavy" feeling ya know?

    Get good bud, and get a vape, the high is very light feeling and will have you giggling and laughing just like the first time you toked up

  8. sounds like youve smoked so much that youve damaged the cannibanoid receptors. you need a 2 week break at least. your not doing yourself any good smoking your receptors away, youll have shitty highs and your sober life will be dull and cloudy
