I just bought a grow tent set (tent, ducting, ventilation, cool tube, lamp, and ballast). now I need some help setting up the ballast. I have attached a picture of it. according to the drawing, I have to attach two wires to the lamp, this shouldn't be a problem. but how do I connect the ballast to the power socket? can I just get a regular power plug and connect the individual wires to the ballast? if so, where exactly? sorry if this has been covered before, couldn't find any info on this. thanks!

I think this diagram contains all the info needed, the only problem is that I don't know much about electricity and can't figure out how to wire it properly. I'd appreciate it if someone could take a look at the picture and quickly explain how I have to wire this thing
F is power. N negative. Little arrow thing pointing down is ground. Other 2 go to lamp. Not to terribly hard to figure out.
