How to relax?

  1. I tend to get more nervous/paranoid than anything when I smoke, and I just want to calm my nerves down. I am this way by nature, but I just wanted to know if anyone had some tips that could help me chill out and have a great high/trip.

    I know paranoia comes with it, and I deal with that part quite well, but I'd like to just chill.

  2. if your at a place like in your house and no one will be around for a couple of hrs it should help calm that paranoia. cause no one will know your smoking. hopefully this is somewhat helpful
     
  3. Yeah I'm sure the fact that I've been in unfamiliar surroundings lately hasn't helped.
     
  4. Well if you live with your parents then i would make sure everything is straight. Make sure they are asleep and go outside in a nice spot no bugs or anything to piss you off b/c that will just make your high bad. bring gum and axe and if they do come outside leave your stash and tools outside and tell them you heard something outside.

    Not living with rents. Just make sure everything is cool and tell yourself it's going to be ok. Just relax its all going to be ok.
     
  5. If you do not like your toking enviorment dont toke. thats what i do if im not in the right mood and feel uncomfortable i dont do it i just wait tilll later or go somewhere else so i can make sure everthing is ok and i am relaxed, It makes your high alot better
     
  6. I'm in college right now, and the past few times I've had to smoke in my room, so I'm sure that's where most of the paranoia comes from.

  8. In a dorm? i reccomend a vaporizer, you can find some of the well known quality brands for under 200 dollars. If you cant learn how to relax and enjoy it, then maybe cannabis isnt for you? I cant tell you what to do. I always like to prepare. I get the bong, clean it up and fill it, get a drink, find a good song or two, and take some slow, deep, relaxing breathes in through the nose and out through the mouth to help clear my throat and warm up my lungs. And if smell or smoke is a concern, be prepared and have a routine down that you know will work. And if something comes up, find a place to put things and dont look suspicious. Get ozium, maybe eyedrops, stay hydrated, ect.
    Once you have smoked its a ride that you dont want to turn around on, so prepare the best you can BEFORE you do it.
     
  9. I think it might be because I've had to smoke in my room lately, out my window. This school is a little tight on their drugs penalties, so I'm guessing that's the main culprit.

    God, I can't wait until winter break. Gonna load up and sit back in my hometown with my buddies.
