    wait til crops dry, test stems. if they snap, get those bitches in the jar!
    burp the derp once a day, everyday for the next 12 to 14 days.
    smoke test after curing..
    throw the bitches back in if she aint showing you much of her flavors or smoothness and repeat the process.
