How to properly cage my plant for optimal support and training?

Hey guys, just got my hands on this plant a week ago and transplanted into a 25 gallon pot from the tiny pot that it was in. Already in one week she’s grown a lot. On day two, I noticed the wind had almost blown over the plant so I put this tomato cage I had laying around over it to keep it relatively supported. I am a newbie and am only one week into this whole process.

My question is, what is the best option for me to prepare for the growth of this plant as far as caging goes? Because I’m thinking, won’t the plant quickly outgrow this tomato cage and require more support?

Should I leave this tomato cage where it is and build an external cage around the pot?

What kind of caging should I use that’s cost effective and easy to put on?

Should I take the tomato cage off and build one around the plant or leave the tomato for internal support and build another one around it?

Even if I do build a cage around the pot, what if the plant outgrows it even more? Do I then build another cage, since it’d be a pain in the ass to remove a cage that’s already been
    Grown through?

I’m very new to this so detailed answers to walk me through this would be highly appreciated. Thank you all

I’ve been looking into LST as well and have been bending several branches to do supercropping so I would want a cage that can be optimal for that.

I literally have no idea what to expect as far as how big this plant will get so I’m just trying to get some advice before I go doing anything.

Tomato cages are fine if they don't get HUGE.
I've got a bunch of 8 foot poles and string I'll use for any that overgrow their cages

This is what the Nor Cal growers use for a really large plant. Surround the whole plant and it's open enough to reach through.

  5. If you stick with the existing cage, turn it around.

My first time using this wire cage. I'm getting a creative idea for LST blue prints for the next grow. Wish I would have thought of it this time as I'm currently out of control. Gotta find the tits and learn to harness the kaos. Feels like I'm being driven from my own greenhouse.

The tomato cages do well for the 7 gallon buckets, but I only have 3 of them.
