how to make my plant strong...

    besides making sure the light is about 2 inches from my plants....how else can i make the stalk srtong?

    It's all about wind.
    Get a fan pointed on the plants. The leaves should just be fluttering a bit to be really effective.
    This will increase the stem thickness, and the plant does better overall

    also if it needs some support, put in support stakes as early as possible.
