I spent $550 in November, and it hasn't even left the warehouse. If I check for current orders on the website it says there are no current orders. No communication whatsoever, no response to support request. It's not shipping that's taking a long time they can't even get the thing in a box.... Come on I spent over half a thousand dollars here, the impression I'm getting is I'm not going to see anything and this is a total joke. It's not hard to send a simple email if a product isn't in stock (even though the website says it is in stock and will ship in 10 days). If they ever do ship it now I can expect another long wait. Over 6 months for delivery? I think they should accept payment on arrival if this is the service provided because it's shit. Really, this entire process has been pretty dismal... never spending money here again, not that they'll care due to the INSANE PROFIT they've made so far getting money for nothing.
I assure you, this isnt a joke. This a serious and reliable business. Its just a very small business with many customers around the world. They are still trying to recover from all the holiday orders. You will get your merch
Please PM me your order number along with your support ticket number with a title of Order Issue and I will make sure it's checked on...despite the not so friendly approach to trying to get help. I get your frustration for sure but I'm trying to help you now; so accept the help, please.
all i can say is im sorry man, you are defintly not the only one who has orderd from grasscity and has have PROBLEMS.
