How to lower tolerance

  1. Obviously t-breaks work but what are some other methods. I have heard that if you eat healthier you lose tolerance to THC, I have also heard the less you way the lower your tolerance. Are either of these true and if so do you guys know of any other ways. Sorry if this thread was already created but I didn't really see any other one like it.

  3. drink herbal tea, especially green tea, it detoxifies your body so therefore removes excess THC, lowering your tolerance. it might taste like crap but its not too bad if you buy flavoured green tea or add honey to it. ;)

  4. t break is the most efficient way so might as well start one.

    green tea helps.

    working out,drinking water and juice.

    try to stop just for two days and drink the next time you smoke )
     
  6. Nothing but time will lower your tolerance, although you can do things like working out and drinking plenty of fluids to help speed the process.
