Ive been out scopin spots for next season and ive always wondered about this. Does anyone on here know how to locate water tables under the ground? Are there any distinct signs above ground that i could look for?

Wtf?? Not sure if i believe the stick trick but il try anything once. I have a well on my land and il take the oak stick and walk toward it and see if i get the same result. I couldnt really understand what the aussie was saying and doing. Have u tried this 50? Il do it tomorrow and get back to ya.

Idk if this will work for water tables but to find underground water mains for my work we use two copper wire stifff that has a 90degree bend 3/4 the way down twirl them in ur hands loose grip and hold them level in front of u so there free to move left and right walk around till they cross or point outwards (different for each person)
Yep i just talked to my folks about it and theyve definitely heard of it. My dad does underground boaring work and he uses that device and said it works. My mom said she used to know an old farmer that used the witching method for years and swore by it. U learn somn every day right?
