How to keep the smell from being absorbed into fabrics while hotboxing

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by vickm, Jun 27, 2017.

  1. So I've spent the last few days renovating my moms pop up camper. Naturally, once it gets to the spot, me and my friends want to go up, camp, and smoke a shitload of weed
We can easily smoke it outside, but it seems like it'd be fun to do inside, because it has these plastic zip up covers that can go over all the windows, it seems like it'd get almost completely airtight
However at the end of the day, it's still my Moms camper, and she's still gonna use it. I don't want to disrespect her by having her go up to camp and have the whole thing reek like chronic
I know ozium would get the smell out of the air, and it has vinyl flooring (no carpets), but it has 2 big foam mattresses, about 8 foam cushions to sit on, and a couple curtains (the popup itself is more of a canvas material that probably wouldn't soak up much smell)
We wouldn't have access to a washing machine, and it'd be too much to move out of the camper while we smoke and then move it back in
Should we just smoke outside, or do any of you have a reliable way to keep the smell from penetrating into all the foams/fabrics?

  2. Smoke outside.
You'll get just as high. You can still enjoy the camper.
You don't want the thing to reek.

  3. That's what I figured, thanks. It just seemed like it'd be fun to box in, I'll just have to wait till I buy my own lol

  4. At least you're thinking ahead. Depends on how much you're smoking really. Don't think one session is going to hurt if you air it out afterward. letting it sit/multiple sessions are what does it in my experience.

Ozium for smell + fabreeze for fabrics ought to do the trick but it might bring down your high worrying about it.

Smoking in someone else's property is considered bad form in my book when they're against it. Definitely would be pretty legit if you had your own though.

  5. if your grandparents are old, then thier sense of smell will be old too. They were part of the 60's, so you know they wont be that pissed if they do smell it.
