How to keep shatter?

    I'm currently blasting for a dispensary and ive been having trouble keeping my slabs shatter. After about two or three days they all start to turn to sugar. I'm dewaxing and doing my pour outs into parchment paper and then throwing it into vac for 5 days with a temp of 107. Any ideas on how to keep the slab shatter?
