get 3 fourfoot fixtures=6cool flores.bulbs timer set for 18 hrs. lights on 7off.use poting soil schultz 1part vermiculite 1part perlite and 1inch of perlite in bottom of cup with drainage holes.mist soil around 40 to45 times dont drench or soak at this stage.plant seed and cover with plastic until seed sprouts.if you use other poting soil mix half with perlite put 1 to inch and half of perlite on bottom.use small dixie cups to start =less problems.repot after 2weeks.some poting sols schultz supersoil promix bx in 3.8 cubic yds.is diff. then the small bags of promix you everwere only get promix bx check nursery.read grow guides.next time you post give ph of soil and water.schultz soil 6.5 whats your water ph??? give flores. a 3inch clearence above them to keep from overheating use power strip breakers to plug into. good luck.
