How to get this lump of ash out of my bong's percs?

Get a stronger iso 91% and let it sit over night or a strong grain alcohol should dissolve that. you could use a harsher cleaning product but then you really need to sterilize the glass before smoking again

 

I would say use bleach but you'd have to clean it like a mf
