  2. That literally made no sense.

    Want big muscles? Push yourself until you can't do another, then do another couple sets after that, really push youself gotta be sore the next day. Just do 10 light weight squats, bench, etc., Then 8 slightly heavier... 6 heavier... Then 3 reps of big weights (70% max or higher).

    That my way, but we speak different languages. Sooo... :bongin:
