Where I am from there is a place called "Toronto Art Glass" and they give lessons on glass blowing (pot friendly, will blow you pipes, downsteams, bills etc.) If you take 8 1-hour sessions, or amass 8 hours of training while under their supervision you are allowed to rent out the glass blowing area. I know you don't have a T.A.G. were you live, but that is what you are looking for, and definately ask what ever glass shop you find how many hours it will take you to be able to blow glass in their shop unsupervised (what you want, pressumably).
Youtube. Seriously I wanted to get into blowing glass and watched youtube. I'm confident that right now if i had the $ and the equipment I could do it.
