How to get a friend to hook you up with some weed?

I've been asking my friend if she could hook me up with some weed, but for some reason she just won't. She is always saying like "yeah totally!" "my stuff is so good!"...but she won't actually GET me any. This has been going on for about two weeks now and she won't set up a time or place to meet. I feel like I am doing something wrong.  (oh, and she isn't BSing, she sent me a picture of it with her next to it). I have a flexible schedule, I'm down to smoke any time, just say the word and I'll be there. 
 
But she hasn't texted me back. It's been like two days since our last conversation. I am extremely anxious to smoke some weed, I have been going through a six month dry spell mainly due to a falling out with a friend of mine, and I'm at the point where I just NEED it, you know? Like I feel like I will go to GREAT LENGTHS just to get a hold of even the tiniest amount of weed. I was walking down the street today and I literally picked up a discarded cigarette box with the HOPE of finding just a small amount of bud in there. like that is how desperate I am.
 
I am just craving it so bad and I wish my friend would help me out a little. The mere THOUGHT of smoking weed again makes my heart pound through my chest, I get so happy and excited. And OWNING a few grams of weed, and being able to use it whenever I please? Man, that would be heaven. God this really makes me wish I had more connections. Can anybody help me out? What do I gotta do to convince my friend to smoke with me, or better yet, convince her to front me some weed?
