How to flip to 12/12

    Right now my plants are under 18/6.
    Now if I flip them to 12/12, do I shorten their day or lengthen their night? It's kinda confusing how I worded it. Do I wait until they are in nighttime to flip or flip them in their daytime?

    I'd flip them at lights off. Probably less stressful that way.

    Extra dark is always better than extra light. Once lights go out change your timers.

    Either way will work just fine.

    Flip them anytime bro you wont have issues
