About a month ago I moved to the west side of Des Moines, and I don't know ANYONE out here I come from a smaller town a half hour away. Anyways...my friends back home rarely come out to see me so I don't have a steady supply of bud (I can't drive either). I live in an apartment complex, if that means anything. Anyways...what's a good (but safe) way to open myself up to any potential dealers? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!
Search function would show some useful posts. But try bus stations, ask around school if you're still in, I know some people who say to hang out infront of head shops and ask someone that looks like they may smoke. Just hint around about bud and check their reaction.
Make a shirt that advertises that you are looking for a weed hookup. I"m not sure what the outcome of that would be, but hey, maybe you'll find a hookup.
