How to find ask neighbors if they smoke

    Im looking for a dealer and can' seem to find anyone and my friend is always a pain to get it from as his dealer never has any and when they do it takes all day to get. our neighbors who live behind me i see them smoking outside in the alley i used to play with them when i was a kid but They say hey to me when they see me and i want to ask if they smoke and if they know anyone who can sell but dont know how to ask
