Well, being a stoner you know what stoner activity looks like. Look around campus for people that obviously blaze, make some small talk and see if they can hook you up. Shouldn't be too hard at a school.

 

Call the local police station and ask if they have any former busts that have been either released or cleared of charges. Perhaps they have an address and be sure to mention that this is for a documentary on social judicature...

 

Go to starbucks (or anyother mainstream coffee house), anyone who has blood shot eyes, mention weed... or 420 and see of they take the bate... trust me, you will see some if you wait a couple hours

Your best bet...a headshop. sounds sketchy but try it. what you got to lose?

 

ur at college, should be easy heres a few ideas
-find a stonerish club; ultimate, frolfing, hacky sack
-go to a party, preferably not a prodminately athlete part
-ask around, see someone wearing something that screams stoner, start up a conversation, link the conversation to an event you went to, and mention the weed you smoked there (it sounds unnecessary but i try to avoid just sayin, yo wheres the ganj at man)

college is probably one of the best markets (both buying and selling) also, take a walk when its kinda late around some more out of the way parts, you will probably find some people blazing, just make sure u dont scare em away.

In three years at school I've met plenty of people who don't smoke, but none of them were so gung-ho about it that they'd narc on a dude for asking around

 

Head shop owners will call the cops on you in a heart beat. They don't want to be implicated bc you are too inept to find a hook.

You'll find somebody who has a hookup on herb. Get to that guy.

 

So many kids smoke ganja on college campuses. Ask someone who looks hip if they're friends with Mary Jane.

 

Put all you and your friends money together and buy a pound. You'll get more weed for yourselves since you're buying in bulk...

as far as the headshop thing goes.. dont ask the people working ask other customers but be slick about it dont be too overt!!

 

Boo to asking at headshops. If someone asked me while I was looking for glass I'd be pissed plus I shop away from home.
As for finding it. OPEN YOUR EYES. Where do you go to school where you can't find a connect. Not that I'm trying to be an ass but its pretty simple. Like everyone else says, if you party ask around at one. If not find a stonerish looking person and ask politely if they can help you get to your meeting at 4:20 or some such sly question. You may want to remind them that if you were cop it would have been entrapment.

obviously if you walk up to them and ask "hey, where can i buy weed?" then there's a problem. but nobody's gonna do that. if they hear you talkin about it and call the cops, doesn't matter. if you don't have any weed on you, it doesn't make one bit of difference. even if you're already high, they can't do shit if you don't have any on you.
