i dont want to yank the colas and buds out of the screen so how do i change the nutes and water..i did it weekly during veg before i put the screen up..now that the colas have grown threw i cant change them..i use 2- 5 gal buckets and change them every week..how do i change water/nutes manually without ruining my plant????????
What if the res only sits like a couple inches off the ground, I had this same question pop up, I planned on using some small nylon rope to make a trellis, and the same problem arose, I have service ports on the top between my net cups, filling wont be a problem, but wont gravity present an issue if I use just a ball valve, and also, I thought you had to like clean the res and whatnot, if I cant move the bottom half how do I do that? I was going to make my net screen mobile, It wont be taken down, but im using the four post in my tent to tie it to, and it will be able to slide up and down, which would help with the res cleaning I guess, I planed on using pvc to make a leg system to set the lid on while I removed and cleaned my res, also do you think using a shop vac to remove the waste res water, and then clean and refill?
lots of people use shop vacs... my buddy uses a pond pump to move his water out of his grow... visit a hydro shop or purchase online.... their like 80-100 dollars at pet stores... like 15 in a shop or online
