So i slacked off for a while i went a 180 to 195 any tips on how to lose the weight I go to the gym in the mornings before work but i have no idea what to when it comes to food choices
You should have a pm from me. Stick to a diet mostly of natural holistic foods. Nuts seeds lentils legumes grains milk (I don't use dairy products so I experiment all the milk alternatives) lean meats (I don't eat much but when I do its free range chicken) and lots of fruits and veggs bro And most important water. About 2-3 litres. Or half to a full gallon of water or caffeine free tea.
Do you drink alcohol? I stopped drinking and went from 270 to 201 in about 7 months...this was all I did, didn't change my diet or exercise....
I do drink iv stopped that im trying out a food diet that work for me and i go gym almost daily do alot of intervals
Stay away from grains and sugar.
I went from 195 to 180 in a month by not eating grains/sugar and starting a weight lifting routine. I recommend Strong Lifts 5x5. You start with an empty bar so it works for even beginners.
Here's a fact about alcohol If a couple were to share a bottle of wine a night, or a person to have a bottle every two nights to themselves, they would consume an extra 12,000 calories in one year. Just a half bottle of wine a night adds up

Thanks bud But he's right too lol. He thinks he's trying to be smart and facetious because in certain people that may very well be the case. There are 7 billion people on the planet, give or take; If one were to consume an additional 1,200 calories a year it may harm them (including 12,000). Depends on the severity of their issue. To add to this. People who work hard and want their abs to show (yes, we all have abdominal muscles) have to maintain a very low body fat percentage. I'm not well educated on the numbers, but I understand 7-8% for best results. I know that under 5% will eventually hospitalize you.

Bodybuilders go sub 4 and 3 percent for shows. It's hard to maintain though for long periods of times due to diuretics but I'm sure 3 percent will get you hospitalized after a while.
Ex lax last night and prune juice ! This morning
... Why

Just drink lots of water. Cut the alcohol (I got slight beer belly from 40's). Eat fruits, have fasting periods and run. Don't eat any snacks and eat light. The pounds will fall off easily.
So i devised I'm gonna work out before and after work and try to stick to a mostly fruit diet hopefully it helps im just not happy being in the 190s to much extra weight
Careful with that op. Fruit is made up from simple sugars. You're going to crash from the sugar rushes and the enegery won't be sufficient for two workouts a day. You are recommended to eat 45-65% of your daily intake as carbohydrates. 10-35% protein And 20-35% fats
I'm an Rn bro, so nutrition is part of my life. It's this simple, eat natural foods. Don't buy stuff in a bag, because it's chemically enhanced one way or the other. Eat plenty of greens, fruits are great early in the day. Avoid red meats more than 2 a week. Chicken and fish are really great. It's all about portion control. No sugars 5 hours before bed, so if you work a day schedule, no carbs or low carbs after 5pm, if you go to bed at 10. When you go shopping, notice how all the bad stuff is in the middle? Shop the walls only, like produce, bakery, meats and dairies.
