How to correctly use supplemental led lights.

    I’ve finally invested some money on a qb, I’ve found a nice deal on a Chinese assembled on from a brand that I heard is somewhat reputable(Bavagreen), the light has some supplemental led lights (far red, deep red, and uv) IMG_7129.JPG

    However, I can’t find concise information on how to use those supplemental lights correctly, what you guys have to say about’em?
