"How-To" : Connect your PC/Axial fans to a 12v Adapter

    Hey guys i just pulled out a fan from my old dell computer but it has red, white and black wires twirled together intill the end. is it possible to use these? This is exactly how it looks

  2. I think you just use the red and black read the whole thread it talks about this.

    I have a quick question. if i had two pc fans that use .16 amps each and i only had ac/dc adapters that are 9.5v unknown amps or 18.5v at 3.5 amps which would be better to use.

  7. Thanks a ton! Worked amazingly!

    I did have to use a power supply that outputs only 5.7A and .8W but the fan seems to be turning fine and at a nice and quiet RPM.
