How to clean a (plastic) "water pipe"?

    Does anyone have a guide they'd recommend for cleaning a plastic bond? Kinda limited on money so was hoping to find out that actually worked using (typically) found objects around the home. Preferably one with lots of pics or even a video if possible.

    alcohol and salt water? it might eat up the plastic so idk, try salt water
