How to build a commercial unit with prototype?

I built a hydroponic prototype for indoor use and I gave some samples to local food distributors with positive feedback for potential purchasing contracts.

My system is small, self-built, that needs fine tuning (I'm not a professional plumber, electrician, engineer, etc). I need to replicate my unit into an additional 85-100 units that conforms to building bylaws, rules, etc.

I just want to know who is the appropriate person(s) to do this job? A carpenter, engineer, electrician, plumber, general contractor, ...?

How do I go about searching for a professional builder for this project?
