How the fuck do i type without erasing the letters in front of what im typing!!?

    Im trying to write something for school and forgot to put a letter in somewhere, but everytime i type it erases the letters in front! who the fuck thought of that?!? what use could that possibly have??

    Press the button on your keyboard labeled "Insert" Should be somewhere between "Delete" and the number pad.

    What I do, is cut all the text immediately after that letter, put in the letter, then paste back the text in front of it. It fucking sucks.

    damn I feel like a fool this whole time I just copied everything then started a new doc pasted it and fixed the space that was fucked up :eek:

    Press insert. Use google in the future. Have fun writing your paper. Three easy steps.

    okay thanks guys. yea i thought of google but didnt really know how to word it. also i figured my question would get answered while i kept working. actually im writing about weed and how it's helped me.

    On my old computer, the <Insert> button would toggle that on/off when i was using Word. Try that.
