How strong is Green Dragon to a "seasoned" smoker?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by sfsc, Jan 7, 2011.

  1. I've smoked a lot. I know a lot of people say they have a high tolerance, but I have a REALLY REALLY high tolerance. I'd be lucky to feel a buzz after a gram of dank through my bong, honestly. I'm in need of a t-break for at least a month, but I'm holding off until this batch of green dragon is done.

First batched sucked. Used a gram of dank, let it sit for a week, and felt absolutely nothing. This batch I've got about 5-8g of mids and a gram of ground up stems. I started letting it sit on the 1st and I've been shaking it daily, planning on at least waiting 'til the 1st of February.

I keep hearing people putting drops under their tongue and getting baked. Is that true, only for people with a low tolerance, or utter BS? Last time it didn't do shit and I drank the whole thing.

    :smoke:

And yes, I'm making it right.

  2. A week is too short to let it sit. A month is more like it, six weeks is ideal. If you use the microwave method, none of that matters: How to Make "Green Dragon"

It's not a strong high, so much as a long high, peaking in about 3 hours and coming down for another 12-18 hours.

If you're going to smoke and then use GD, then when you see God, tell him hello and thank you.

Also, what's your solvent? If you're using regular 80 proof spirits, you'll get something nice but not impressive. I use 190 proof grain spirits, but 175 also works if that's all you can get. I don't know how people can put it under their toungues; for me, it felt like a mouthful of hot lead. I mix it in drinks.
