I was planning on putting germinated seeds into peat pucks then putting them outside right away, but I'm thinking that they might get eaten by bugs alot easier. How can i protect my little seedlings?
sprinkle a little 7 dust over them, it wont hurt them, just dont do it often or it can burn the babies
you probably dont need to put them outside so soon. since they are so small you dont need a very strong light to keep them alive and growin. do you got any CFL's in a lamp (desk lamps work perfect) around the house? how many plants do you got? heres a great read on CFL's http://forum.grasscity.com/absolute-beginners/122824-kamels-cfl-guide.html i would recommend keeping them inside under CFL's until they get at least 6 inches or so.
